Charged after cancelling
You cancelled or requested a refund and were charged again — any duplicate charge will always be fully refunded immediately.
Charged twice
You were billed twice for the same product due to a technical error on JVZoo’s side or ours.
Purchased by mistake
You clicked through to the wrong OTO or purchased in error — and contact us within 48 hours before using that tier’s features.
30-Day money-back guarantee — no questions
You purchased any product in the funnel, used it during the 30-day window, and it doesn’t do what the sales page describes. Email us within 30 days of purchase and you’ll receive a full refund. We don’t require proof, don’t ask you to jump through hoops, and don’t make you wait weeks. This guarantee applies to every product in the funnel — FE, OTO1, OTO2, and OTO3.

When we don’t offer a refund

You used the product for more than 30 days and then requested a refund. The guarantee window is 30 days from the date of purchase — requests after this period are not eligible.

You’re unhappy with results from your own affiliate marketing efforts. The tool does what it says — finds communities and writes content. Results from your marketing activity depend on many factors outside our control.

You’re unhappy with a feature that works as described. If the tool does what the sales page says it does, that isn’t grounds for a refund — but we genuinely welcome feedback and take it seriously.

You purchased a lower tier and want a refund on a higher tier you also bought. Each product is refunded separately — we can’t refund OTO2 if you’re keeping OTO1, for example, unless OTO2 genuinely failed to deliver.

Your Anthropic API key ran out of credit or your API access was suspended. API costs are your responsibility — they’re billed by Anthropic, not by us. We have no control over Anthropic’s pricing or service.

One-time purchases only — no partial refunds for “unused” access. These are not subscriptions. There is no time-based billing cycle to prorate. You either want a full refund within 30 days, or you keep access permanently.

How to request a refund
Email hello@nichelabsai.com with the subject line “Refund request”.
Include your name, the email address used to purchase, your JVZoo order ID (from your purchase confirmation email), and a brief note about which product you’re requesting a refund for.

There’s nothing to cancel
Affiliate Opportunity Finder and all its OTOs are one-time purchases — there is no subscription to cancel and no recurring billing to stop.
Once you purchase, you have access to that tier permanently. There are no renewals, no auto-charges, and nothing that will charge your card again in the future without you explicitly making another purchase.
If you see an unexpected charge from JVZoo on your account, email us immediately at hello@nichelabsai.com and we’ll investigate and refund it.
