1. Who we are

Affiliate Opportunity Finder is a software product created and sold by NicheLabsAI, operated by Paul Costelo, based in Darlington, England, United Kingdom.

In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refers to NicheLabsAI. “You” and “your” refers to the individual purchasing or using the product. “Product” refers to the Affiliate Opportunity Finder software in the tier you have purchased.

2. What the product is

Affiliate Opportunity Finder is a browser-based AI-powered research and content tool for affiliate marketers. It runs as a standalone HTML file in your web browser and uses the Anthropic Claude API — accessed via your own API key — to provide the following features:

Find tab

Searches for Reddit, Facebook, and LinkedIn communities relevant to your niche and affiliate programme. Returns ranked results with member counts, buying intent scores, promotion policies, and community-specific tips. Generates affiliate marketing posts matched to selected communities. Includes a Save button on each community card.

Saved tab

Stores communities you have bookmarked from the Find tab. Enables one-click post generation for any saved community.

Search Tools tab

Generates real search strings — not AI-simulated monitoring — for Reddit, Facebook, and LinkedIn, enabling you to find genuine buying-intent conversations manually. Returns 15 search strings (5 per platform), 8 buying-intent keywords, and 5 relevant subreddits per niche. Also provides a Monitoring Setup guide explaining how to use free third-party tools (Reddit RSS feeds, Facebook group search, LinkedIn saved searches, Google Alerts) for ongoing monitoring at no additional cost.

Analyse tab

Accepts any affiliate marketing post and returns a score out of 10, qualitative feedback on what works and what to improve, and a rewritten improved version. A “Rewrite again” function generates additional fresh variations on demand without re-running the scoring process.

History tab

Automatically stores the last 10 generations for retrieval within the same browser session or across sessions. Includes a Copy button on each entry.

API Key / Settings tab

Stores your Anthropic API key securely in your browser’s local storage. Includes a Log Out button to sign out of the tool on the current device. Tier 3 also includes a white-label branding feature and resale rights as described in Section 3.

Tier differences

• Tier 1: 50 community scans per calendar month (automatically resets on the 1st of each month), 1 niche profile, all tabs listed above.
• Tier 2: Unlimited scans, 3 separate niche profiles with one-click switching via a profile bar, all tabs listed above.
• Tier 3: Unlimited scans, 50 profiles with a searchable dropdown selector, white-label branding feature, resale rights as defined in Section 3.

3. Licence and permitted use

Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable purchase price, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the Product for lawful purposes.

All tiers

You may use the Product for your own affiliate marketing research, community discovery, content generation, and post analysis. You may use outputs generated by the Product in your own marketing activities.

Tier 3 — Resale and white-label rights

Tier 3 purchasers are additionally granted the following rights:

• You may rebrand the Product under your own name using the built-in white-label feature.
• You may sell access to the white-labelled version to your own customers at any price you choose.
• You may bundle the white-labelled version into your own service packages.

The following are expressly not permitted under Tier 3 resale rights:

• You may not resell or transfer the resale rights themselves — you may sell the tool, not the right to rebrand and resell it.
• You may not represent that you created or own the underlying software.
• You may not use the NicheLabsAI name or branding in connection with resale.

4. What you may not do

The following uses are prohibited regardless of tier:

• Illegal use: You may not use the Product or its outputs for any purpose that violates applicable law, including consumer protection, advertising standards, data protection, or intellectual property law.
• Spam and automation: You may not use outputs in automated mass-posting, spam campaigns, or any activity that violates the terms of service of Reddit, Facebook, LinkedIn, or any other platform.
• Misleading claims: You may not use AI-generated content in contexts where doing so would be deceptive or where disclosure is legally required.
• Reverse engineering: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative software products based on the Product.
• Resale without rights: Tier 1 and Tier 2 purchasers may not resell, sublicence, or transfer the Product or access to it.
• Sharing login credentials: Your username and password are personal to you and may not be shared with third parties, except where Tier 3 purchasers are providing access to their own customers under a white-labelled version.
• Circumventing access controls: You may not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent the access gate or any access control mechanism in the Product.

5. Your account and access credentials

Access to the Product is protected by a login gate. On first use you will be prompted to create a username and password. These credentials are stored locally in your browser’s local storage only — they are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your login.
• Clearing your browser data, switching browsers, or using a different device will require you to set up credentials again on that browser or device.
• We have no ability to recover your credentials as they are not stored on our systems.
• Passwords are hashed using SHA-256 before being stored — they are not held in plain text even in your browser’s local storage.

6. Your Anthropic API key

The Product requires you to supply your own Anthropic API key. This key is:

• Stored locally in your browser’s local storage only — never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
• Sent directly from your browser to Anthropic’s API servers when you run a scan or generation. We have no access to your key or to the API calls made with it.
• Your sole responsibility. We are not liable for any charges, rate-limiting, service interruptions, or account actions applied by Anthropic in connection with your use of their API.

API usage costs are billed directly by Anthropic to your Anthropic account and are entirely separate from any payment made to NicheLabsAI. We have no control over Anthropic’s pricing, availability, or terms.

We will endeavour to keep the Product compatible with available Anthropic models but make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability if Anthropic changes their service.

7. Third-party platforms

The Product generates community research and content for use on third-party platforms including Reddit, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service — not our Terms.

• The Product does not and cannot post automatically to any platform. All posting is performed by you manually.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring any content you post complies with that platform’s rules, including rules about promotional content, affiliate disclosures, and spam.
• The “Promos ok” indicator reflects our best assessment at the time of a scan — it is not a guarantee. Community rules change. Verify directly before posting.
• We are not liable for account suspension, content removal, or other platform action taken against you.
• The Monitoring Setup guide refers to free third-party services (Feedly, Inoreader, Google Alerts). These are independent services we do not control and do not endorse beyond noting their general usefulness.

8. AI-generated content

The Product uses Anthropic’s Claude AI to generate community research results, marketing posts, search strings, and post analyses. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Outputs are not guaranteed accurate. AI-generated community results may include inaccurate member counts, outdated information, or misidentified communities. Always verify before relying on any result.
• Outputs require your review. AI-generated posts should be reviewed and edited before use. They are starting points, not finished copy.
• Search strings are real but not exhaustive. The Search Tools tab generates genuine search queries but they are not guaranteed to surface every relevant conversation.
• You own the outputs to the extent they are protectable. We claim no ownership over content generated through your use of the Product using your own API key.
• You are responsible for outputs you publish. We are not liable for the performance, compliance, or consequences of any content you publish.
• Affiliate disclosures are your responsibility. We are not responsible for ensuring published content meets FTC, ASA, or other regulatory disclosure requirements.

9. Payments, refunds and upgrades

Pricing

The Product is sold as a one-time lifetime purchase with no subscription or recurring charges from NicheLabsAI. Current pricing:

Prices are subject to change and may vary by platform and promotional period. No ongoing fees from NicheLabsAI after purchase.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all tiers. Email hello@nichelabsai.com within 30 days of your purchase date and we will process a full refund. No proof of issue is required. Refunds after 30 days are at our discretion.

Upgrades

To upgrade between tiers, email hello@nichelabsai.com with your original purchase details. We will credit your previous payment against the higher tier and you pay only the difference.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent revocation of your licence. Please contact us first — we resolve refund requests promptly and fairly.

10. Intellectual property

The Product — including its code, design, interface, and all features — is owned by NicheLabsAI and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. You receive a licence to use it as described in Section 3.

The NicheLabsAI name, logo, and “Affiliate Opportunity Finder” are our trademarks. You may not use them in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without our prior written consent.

Tier 3 purchasers may rebrand the Product under their own name using the white-label feature. You may not claim to be NicheLabsAI or represent the underlying software as your own original creation.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Product is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Product will be available without interruption.
• AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purpose.
• Community results will be current or accurate — online communities change frequently.
• Use of the Product will result in any particular outcome, including sales, commissions, or traffic.
• The Product will remain compatible with Anthropic’s API indefinitely, as that service is outside our control.
• Third-party platforms will permit the types of posts generated by the Product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory warranty or right you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NicheLabsAI shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product.
• Lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunity.
• Any loss arising from your use of AI-generated posts, search strings, or community recommendations.
• Any platform action (account suspension, content removal) resulting from your use of generated content.
• Any charges incurred on your Anthropic API account.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your credentials stored in your browser’s local storage.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Product in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If you are in such a jurisdiction, exclusions above apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Changes to this agreement

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing customers by email at the address used for purchase.

Your continued use of the Product after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
